My Doctor Is Changing Me Up To Triumeq From Kivexa

My doctor is changing me up to Triumeq from Kivexa and Viramune for control of HIV status. Am very healthy T4 count over 1200 and viral load undetectable for several years now. The only other pill I take is 10mgs Coveram once daily for b/p control. One of very few side affects from my pills has been vivid dreams and unable to sleep for extended periods at night. I've been taking my meds around 5.30 - 6pm once daily. My question is this: As I am now retired and do not necessarily need to be alert, active etc during the day, would it be more beneficial for me to take my pills in the morning - at breakfast time. I'm thinking by bed time I may be more drowsy and ready for a good night's sleep. Am due to change regimen in the next 30 days and I would very much appreciate your opinion.
Regards,
Anthony
