My doctor is going to put me on ciperlax now. I started to ween my self off of Effexor. I was taking 2 pills a day so for the first week I took 1 pill a day and last week I took 1 every other day. And now I'm going on day 4 without taking any. And I've been feeing great with nothing in in my system but Last night I woke up feeling like I couldn't breathe and panicked and now I'm trying to go to sleep but I'm terrified to go to sleep I'm getting that panicking feeling again. Should I start taking the ciperlax right now or should I take an Effexor
