My Doctor Prescribed Celebrex (200x 2 Mg) Following A Visit

My doctor prescribed celebrex (200x 2 mg) following a visit to his office 10 days ago where I shared that I had overdone it on the treadmill. I found that I could not put weight on my right leg w/o pain and or aching. Full disclosure: I had a hip replacement 3 years ago following a fall but subsequently healed and maintained an active life style (swimming, yoga, walking, etc) until this happened. X-rays in the doctor's office showed no break and no impact to the hip other than what the doctor dismissed as a "small bone spur." The celebrex does not seem to be working well. With 2-3 periods of relief (2-4 hrs) I do not see any
improvement. Suggestions?
