My Doctor Referred Me To An MRI Which Revealed The

My doctor referred me to an MRI which revealed the following. Very concerned about the renal cyst.

Thank you.
"TECHNIQUE: Axial, sagittal and coronal fat and water-weighted images of the lumbar spine were
performed.
FINDINGS: Alignment is anatomic. Mild spondylosis and disc desiccation are seen throughout the
lumbar spine. Lipoma versus hemangioma is seen within the L2 vertebral body measuring 31.6 mm.
Large lipoma versus hemangioma encompasses the entire S1 vertebral body. There is no evidence of
acute vertebral body fracture, infiltrative process, or paravertebral masses. The visualized abdominal
and pelvic organs are significant for a cyst within the right renal mid pole measuring 7.7 mm.
Paravertebral musculature is unremarkable. The central cord terminates at L1 and is normal in signal
intensity and morphology."
