My Doctor Wants Me To Take A Medication "Abilify" And

My doctor wants me to take a medication "Abilify" and I have had bad side effects. I stopped taking it, but he told me that he felt I should be taking this medication. I have decided to get a second opinion from a doctor I knew years ago.. in hopes to get help. I have had serious digestive issues and feel that this medication is not helping me. Now...this doctor has decided to offer Gabapentin/Neurontin as a means of helping with chronic pain issues. I'm not feeling comfortable with any of the solutions for my overall health.
