My Dog Has Not Eaten For 2 Days Now Except

My dog has not eaten for 2 days now except for an egg and is very weak. She is drinking lots of water. She doesn't seem to be in any pain but is panting. She walks but her feet/legs cross over each other and barely holds her up. Please give me any thoughts you have. Thank you.
