My dog suffers from environmental allergies. However, he has been licking and chewing his paws. But all of a sudden he got very hyper and sit or lie down for several minutes. He is running around the house and bouncing off the walls. He is also going to parts of the house where he never went to before and lying down licking and chewing. We don' t know what to do or what is causing this as this is the first time he is showing these symptoms. He is a mixed breed and 13 years old.
