My Echocardiogram Came Back Normal, But It Said I Have

My echocardiogram came back normal, but it said I have trace regurgitation in my mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonic valves. I understand these are normal findings, but I am very concerned because they are in 3 valves. Is it normal to have trace regurgitation in 3 valves? I am making myself sick worrying about this so much. I am a 29 year old male.
