My eye power is -7.5 . Everyone says its too high and i could probably go blind in the near future if my power keeps on increasing like this. i wanted to know what is the highest power.? can it be reduced? how can i reduce it if possible? and is there anything wrong if i have such high power? will i go blind? is there any way to do lasik ? Im just 14 .. my doc says my pow ll keep on increasing till i grow up.. that might b abt 20 yrs by then my pow ll b -13.5 if it keeps on increasing in this rate.. ive been wearing specs since i found i had pow in 1st grade then it was -0.5 now im in 10th grade and it -7.5.. it always increses by -1.0 every yr,, i change my specs every 6 months it increases 0.5 by then.. but d last yr i went 2 pondicherry where they have an eye centre there i went for a few classes bcuz of which my pow decreased a bit.. im just worried if it increases at dis rate i mi8 go blind.. pls help me!
