My face has become very infected over the last six months. A biopsy was done, early on showing sub cutaneous inflammation. It started as three small holes on the side of my cheak; my cheak became infected. I was given an antibiotic for 3 months and a topical medication, both did not help. There were other minor symptoms. This continued in cycles which became closer and more invasive. My entire face is now involved. I no longer look like myself. The cycles now last 5-7 days. Parts of my face are maliable.
I have skin that becomes partially or fully detached. I've been told by the dermatologist to use vacaline on the skin patches.d A thick netting is exposed on the side of the skin patch. I get these strands of bumps in the tissue under the skin. My skin gets inflamed sores which are very painful. The original sore has never healed. I now have a "goose egg" size infection on the on my forehead. There are other symptoms but I don't know what will help.
