My Family Dr Diagnosed Me With A Frozen Shoulder 6

My family Dr diagnosed me with a frozen shoulder 6 months ago after an xray and ultrasound showed deterioration of the joint and scarring on 2 tendons. She prescribed flexorol and physio. the physio said there was nerve damage so I was prescribed nerve med for 2 weeks and then gave me tramacet which does mot help the radiating pain but allows me to get some sleep. About 3 months later I went to emerg after experiencing sudden sharp intense chest pain. the Cardiac tests were all negative but the ER DR wanted me to see an internist. The internist ordered a series of tests of which the VQ scan revealed bilateral pulmonary embolisms. After doplers on legs and arm were negative he placed me on xarelto for 3 months ran a stress test and signed off on me. I asked my Dr for a MRI as the pain radiating down my left front and back of neck, shoulder blade, clavicle, upper and lower inside and outside forearm into my fingers has escalated to the point I am waking with severe headaches (tramaset does not help) YYYY@YYYY and now have a nodule on my palm under my ring finger. She is reluctant to do more testing but I have an appt next week. The internist says I should stop the anti coagulants after 3 months even though no cause of embolism has been found. What if any further tests should I request- or should I just wait it out?
