My Father Has A Stomach Feeding Tube And It Just

My father has a stomach feeding tube and it just came out. He was going to have it removed out patient at hospital but it came out on its own. Do we need to be alarmed? There is no extra leakage at the site and he is already on antibiotic for bladder infection. If we keep it clean will he heal on his own?
