My Father Is Having Heart Blockage. He Has Diabetes And High BP
my father is having blockage in his heart and he is suffering from diabetic & high blood pressure please suggest me what should i do

Heart block has to be treated surgically, and that too depends on howmuch is the blockage and how many arteries are affected. If he has been adviced to undergo surgery, then please do so.
Hypertension and diabetes both have to be managed, by regular- daily medication, dietary changes, lifestyle changes.
There are some homeopathic remedies which are helpfull in bld sugar, and bld pressure control, but have to be taken along with his regular medication, atleast for now.
You havnet mentioned his age, bld sugar levels, bld pressure, % of block. So that is all I can say for now.

It has been very common for the combination of hypertension , diabetes and coronary heart disease.The treat for blockage of heart vessels depend on % of block , artery blocked , efficiency of heart to pump blood , and age of the person. there is a new technique wich is non surgical it is called ECP external counter pulsation where in machine is applied over body for one hour daily for 30 days and blockade is removed. amongst Ayurvedic medicines start with cap.lipan 1 bd and take care of sugar with diazen and bp with mukta vati

You should go for by pass surgery. Your BP can be controlled within normal range with medicine. doctor will take care of it. You blood sugar are now within normal range. If your cardiologist is suggesting you for by pass you should go for without delay.

You should go for bypass surgery
If and only if the LVEF is less than 20% then go for other modalities as in these cases mortality associated with bypass surgery is pretty high
