Hi,
the symptomps & MRI report are suggestive of severe cervical spondylosis,
YOu should start Painkiller+ Serratiopeptidase combination with Cap. nuroday
Also advised physiotherapy modalities such as Cervical traction & IFT
Soft cervical collar should also be applied
Take Care
Ayurveda offers good help in such cases. There is a procedure that we call griva vasti wherein medicated oils are kept over area involved for about half an hour daily for seven to ten days and further course decided on viewing changes in symptoms. Amongst internal medicines we use ashwagandha adi churan with tab. punarnava guggul and triodashang guggul 1 tds with hot water.

hi,
Regular physiotherapy sessions will help him a lot.
Cervical traction should be there in the treatment but make sure if it is being applied in supine position there should be 20degree neck flexion, alongwith this a regular course of heating modality like SWD should also be incorporated alongwith IFT and TENS(if the pain is radiating type). The session should be on for atleast 7-10 days.
Few precautionary measures(as indicated by the therapist) and regular physiotherapy sessions alongwith routine medications would definitely bring relief to him.
Take care
