My Fiancé Was In A Car Accident On October 19,

My fiancé was in a car accident on October 19, 2015. He had a ruptured aorta, which was repaired with a stent and he had an acetabular fracture on the right side. He was in the hospital a little over a week and has since come home and has been in recovery. In the past few weeks he has been waking up with what he calls hangover headaches, he has pain in his stomach and a lot of naseau, especially after eating. I am worried he may need additional treatment. What should I do. He just had a follow up CT Scan last Saturday and they said everything with the stent looked good. He has been off pain medication for about a month so I know the stomach symptoms are not from medication. What should we do now.
