My Four Year Old Autistic Nonverbal Son Fell In The

My four year old autistic nonverbal son fell in the tub and hit his side on the edge of the tub. He has a place on his side that is red and had some blood come to the surface of the skin. He can't tell me if he's hurting, but seems to be acting normal. He doesn't do good at hospitals but was wondering if I should take him to the ER to get X rays.
