My friend (13 year old female) woke up having really bad cramps, thought they were pre-menstural but thought it was odd because she never gets cramps so she went to the bathroom. She was sitting on the floor and her stomach really hurt and a large white ball came out her vagina. She said it looked like fat off of an animal, and it was the size of a tennis ball. She hasn't had any bad cramps since. She never went to a doctor about it, but told me and i thought it was concerning. Do you have any idea what it could be?
