My Friend Have HIV And He Live And Eat With

My friend have HIV and he live and eat with my family 20 days. But I am too working about that so check the blood to all my family by Retrovital Antibody testing, 3 weeks after he left our home. The test result are non-reactive.
The only question is that I want to know what is Retrovital Antibody test and is it exact during 3 weeks? And further testing need?
