My Friend Messaged Me Today; She Said She Experienced Some

My friend messaged me today; she said she experienced some signs that I believe that could have been some kind of seizure. I have epilepsy myself that is why I am familiar with the signs but I am not a medical professional. She said she started to get this strange smell that smelled like lemons. She had hard time breathing, and her left side felt like there was waves coming off. Her right side felt ice cold, and she said there was an actual heat difference from her left and right side. She said it felt like someone had been electrocuting her whole body. She told me she was pretty out of it and didn't know where she was for a little bit. After it was over she had a really bad migraine. That sounds like a seizure to me, but I just need to make sure so I know if she needs to go see a doctor or not.
