My friend was tossing something to me and I misjudged and didn't catch it so it bounced off my finger and hit me right above the temple on my left side of my forehead I went to the er and the doctor on duty said that he thinks it hit a vessel in my forehead which caused bleeding inside of my head and thats what caused the swelling he said the fluid didnt need to be drained that it would absorb on its own i was always under the impression that if there is fluid buildup anywhere in the ead it must be drained or it could kill you
