My grand-daughter is 6 weeks old and is very congested sounding when awake but absolutely quiet when sleeping. She has never had a fever, drainage, or snottiness. She sneezes every once in a while but that's all. Her parents have been using saline drops and using a bulb to try to remove anything, but there doesn't appear to be anything to remove. She's otherwise healthy, sleeping and gaining weight. What could be causing this congestion sound?
