My Grandfather Aged 75 From South India Is Not Able

My grandfather aged 75 from South India is not able to sleep at night. He has diabetes and is taking Insulin Injections twice a day as well as heart related medicines. he has been taking sleeping pills after consulting doctors. but says it doesnt give him a steady sleep at night. Homeo medicines did not help either. Also he has a pimple like growth on the head which is now scabbing up.
Once he had a small accident and was admitted in ICU, a year ago, when he had a partial seizure and was prescribed Levilex 500 tab and Nuhenz tab for 3 months.he had these 2 medicines and said it feels better though he has never had any seizure before or after the ICU episode. is it ok to restart the same without consultation?
Also what should we do about the sleep problem? Also he complains of stomach pains irrgularly? Doctors keep precribing different sleeping pills!! is this being a hypochondiac or should we be changing the doctor? Please guide!
