My Grandmother In-law Is 87, In Fairly Good Health. She

My grandmother in-law is 87, in fairly good health. She has dementia, takes Nemenda and a high milligram aspirin daily. She said her stomach was jerking as were her hands and arms, and then she threw up. No pain, no nausea (that she remembers), no other symptoms. It happened quickly with no real warning. Her hands are continuing to shake and she seems weak which I think would be normal after throwing up. My grandfather was concerned thinking he should take her to the ER.
