My Grandmother Is 78 And Has Severe Dementia And Recently

My grandmother is 78 and has severe dementia and recently had a stroke. She is in a rehabilitation facility and Is currently unresponsive and is being fed from a feeding iv. She is not talking, moving, eating, etc. Is there anything that can change this? Any help would be appreciated.
