My hairdresser discovered lots of dead hair on my head, so i started using scalp moisturizers. removed lots of hard packed dandruff itching scalp then used salt and apple cider vinegar and t gel. now the scalp is shredding and itchy. i used hydrocortisone feeling more confortable. i think its a fungal infection from info on the net is it time to see a dermatologist?
