My hands are a little swollen but hurt very bad to close or hold on to/pick up anything. At the same time this happened, my knees and right above my knees started to hurt badly also. I woke up this way three days ago and it's not improved at all. Very significant amount of pain? I also have no idea what would've caused this. I did no heavy lifting or anything I think would cause this. I don't wear braclets which I know van also cause swelling and pain if left on at night
