My Head Sounds Like Machine And My BP Is 150/80. Is Everything Alright ?
Im 36 woke up to a sound in my head sounds like a machine running and a heartbeat tooI feel a little off and dizzy tootook bp and its 150 i keep hearing sound in my head, sounds like a machine running, and a heartbeat at the same time. My right hand feels numb also. I feel off and dizzy too. took Blood Pressure and it was 150/80. I m 36, over weight. what could be wrong?

Hi,
There are two possibilities for your trouble.
1,If there is some infection or auto sclerotic changes in your ears.
2,You might have cervical spondilitis,due to stretching of nerves coming out of vartebrae or pressure on nerves can cause dizziness,numbness in the hand.
you go for ENT and orthopedic check up.
