My Healthy 21 Y.o. Daughter Was Dx With Klebseila Pneum.

My healthy 21 y.o. Daughter was dx with klebseila pneum.
She first had a resp infection then weeks later became septic and was hospitalized.
She had a UTI , kidney stone, elevated pancreatic enzymes and severe abd pains.
Was tx x 3 days on IV Abx and sent home on oral abx and a reg diet. ( enzymes remained at 600 )
It has been 6 months and she gets frequent resp infections. She has a hx of asthma
No doctor has wanted to follow up
They say its just viral
Should i be concerned ??
