my heart pounfd/ 60yr old diabetic. blood pressure 120 over49. had bypass sursery just came from heart doc h a good report but still hear my heart pounding

heart is good that is what heart doctor has said than if you are hearing herat in your ear than you should check it out witht he ear doctor also
