My Heart Was Beating Really Hard Tonight ? Please Give Me Your Suggestion Why It Is Happening So ?
After my husband and I finished having sex, my heart was beating really fast, which is normal obviously. But it was also beating really hard, when I was laying on my husbands chest, he made a comment about it also. He could clearly feel it. It felt like it wanted to just out of my chest. It lasted for about 3 minutes, just beating really hard. I m not concerned about it beating fast, but I am because it was so hard. What causes that and does anyone else get that sometimes?

I had the same problem last night ... after me and my husband..... but this is not the first time it has happend theres times it does it for no reason and I cant breath it hurts so bad but i try not panic hoping it goes away well last night it did it for 2 hours I have no health problems I dont smoke and I have one cup of coffee a day but I did notice I ate alot of salt wondering if that could be the problem ........ I go to the Dr.s today so maybe they can tell me something

If your heart rate was fast and pounding for about 3 minutes after vigorous sex, I wouldn't worry about it, as long as it slows down and stops pounding after you have rested a while. If the time ever comes and you find your heart racing and pounding with no physical exertion, then thats the time to go see your dr.
