My Heart Was Beating Very Fast. What Should I Do ?
I was sleeping for about 3 1/2 in the night and I woke up, and my heart was beating very fast. what should I d I am a diabetic. I am feeling better, but my heart is not going down. anything? I dont think I am in the shape to drive, I can walk and do things, but my heart is still beating fast.
Take your pulse and count the beats over a minute ...if its below 150 u should be ok just try to relax...if its over 150 since you've been awake call 911 and go to the ER, u may have a heart arrythmia u need to have checked right away.
