My Hemoglobin Level Is 108 And Blood Tests Have Come

My hemoglobin level is 108 and blood tests have come back negative for malaria/sickle cell anemia. But I feel extremely tired everyday! I can barely even ride a bike for 5 minutes without having to sleep for the whole day. I have no appetite, digestive problems (alternation between constipation and diarrhea) and I noticed blood in my stool the other day. Is it just anemia that is causing all of this? I also experience: chest pain, joint and muscle pain, headaches and blurry vision.
