My history is a stent 6 years ago and I haven't had any problems at all since then. I'm on Plavix, Lipitor and the usual array of heart medications. The problem I've having right now is that I feel like I "slept on my neck wrong" on the right side. I don't have tingling, but there is a slight panicky, light-hearted feeling occasionally in the throat area. The last time I every felt that was before my previous cardiac issue. I haven't been able to sleep for two nights because of the extremely sore neck. I saw a chiropractor on Friday, and he thought it was just a strained muscle. Usually, though, I can tell when I've done that because the soreness doesn't last this long. I've also had cervical fusion 14 years ago and this is in the same area that was causing that problem. I have been trouble free since recovering from that surgery. Should I go into the ER? It's Sat. afternoon.
