My Husband, 67 Year Old Male, Prone To Dehydration, Just

My husband, 67 year old male, prone to dehydration, just vomited, was excessively sweating, released his bladder and momentarily (a few seconds) blanked out....is this due to dehydration again. Also, he has a hugh egg shaped lump on his elbow - he thinks he banged it? He’s sleeping now; says he feels better but was shaking sitting up. I’ve woken him a couple of times to make sure he can wake up.
