My husband, age 60, and I both caught a cold in the last week. Yesterday he started to complain of body aches, stiffness in his joints, and headache. He was feverish. Today he stayed home from work. When I came home from work tonight his face was/is all swollen - his nose and both sides of his face. He still feels feverish and can't shake the headache. Says his face feels pressure inside. I gave him Bendaryl. Should I take him in to ED or wait over night? He can breathe fine. What could it be?
