My Husband And I Both Have Upper Respiratory/sinus Infections. My

My husband and I both have upper respiratory/sinus infections. My chest was hurting and went today for a chest X-ray. It was clear except I got an email from the doctor saying there is a patchy 1.3 centimeter nodule near the right clavicle head lateral to the trachea. Does that mean I have cancer? I had a chest X-ray a year ago at another facility and it didn' show up then, but this radiologist said the techniques were markedly different. My mother has thyroid nodules and had part of her thyroid removed - non cancerous. I am very scared. I do have a history of lipomas and benign tumors of the breast.
