My husband and I were in Arizona for several weeks, my husband had chest pains, no tightness, tunnel vision, kalidiscope vision and could feel his heart beating in his chest, plus dizziness. It happened several times when we were driving in the mountains. Any idea what it could be. He's on 2 blood pressure meds Amlodipine and metroprolo. His blood pressure was 154/104.
