My husband fell last night while standing still. He experienced an uneasy feeling in his lower quadriceps, near his knee in both legs, just before he fell. He had experienced the weakness in the same area about 2 weeks ago. This morning he says those same muscles are sore. He was able to do 30 minutes walking on the treadmill after he realized he had not gotten much exercise lately. Any ideas?
