My husband had a vasectomy 4 years ago I have the mirena and I've had it for 5 1/2 years I'm late on getting changed. I haven't had a period in about 4 years however the past couple weeks my boobs have been really sore and they feel swollen I have extreme fatigue is there anyway I might be pregnant?
