My husband had a very serious, undetected gall bladder infection which cause his gall bladder to burst and have to be removed with major surgery. He almost died. Two months later, his cardiologist recommended heart stents be inserted despite having just the gall bladder removed and there being no cardiac incident of any type. Was this prudent?
