My husband had liver disease. A doctor prescribed Hydrocodon APAP 10-325 to be taken 4 times per day for back pain. He began this medication 8 days ago. Yesterday he was slightly confused. Tonight he is confused and hallucinating. I discontinued the medication this afternoon. What action should I take to help him now? If I take him to ER is there anything that could be done to flush this out of his system?
