My Husband Has Dementia, I Recently Put Him In A

My husband has Dementia, I recently put him in a home. With this dementia he has anxiety. He was given Quetiapine to take 6.25 mg every 6 hrs. After putting him in the home they decided he should take Ultram 50 mg while recovering from broken arm. They also decided to put him on Zoloft 50 mg once a day for this anxiety. I went to see him and he is on a drug high seeing things and so restless unable to relax. I know from past experience with his heart history he does not tolerate drugs it causes this. Need some advice. He is also on Warfarin for a fib.
