My husband has a low oxygen level (usually less than 90%). He has severe sleep apnea but uses a cpap at night, so it is under control. He is on oxygen at night and should use it during the day but refuses. His pulmonary doctor says it is because of the apnea but if the apnea is being treated, why is his oxygen still low?
