My Husband Has Been Having Issues For About 5 Weeks

My husband has been having issues for about 5 weeks now. His symptoms are belching, dizziness, ringing in the head, teeth hurt, nausea,off balance, stomach hurts,vomiting periodically, hot flashes and chills, should pain and arm pain yesterday. He is 59 years old. Has been on many medications for cholesterol, has a blockage in the heart that's inoperable and 2 open heart surgeries in the past. He had a biopsy on his bladder 3 months ago (enlarged prostate). What could these symptoms be?
