My husband has been having severe leg cramps at night. He is a heavy equipment operator and does some manual labor during the day. When these cramps come on, it's like he's almost literally launched out of bed and screaming in pain. We thought it could be low potassium, but he's been drinking Gatorade and eating bannanas and it hasn't improved. What could be the cause?
