My husband has extreme fatigue with lack of appetite and sleeps 13+ hours a day. He is 68, has COPD and heart issues and intestinal issues (frequent diarrhea, often directly after eating). On multiple meds including Entresto. PCP is not concerned about lack of appetite or weight loss. I feel there is reason.
