Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband is 74 yrs of age. Has been having bilateral leg pain which has worsened over the last few weeks and is progressing to major difficulty in walking. Awoke from sleeping. Barely able to ambulate to bathroom just now. Is a little clammy. He has been on high levels of statins and blood pressure medications for several years. He is also 35-40 lbs overweight. Has recently been referred to Nephrologist for high levels of protein in his urine. My common sense tells me I should take him to the ER tonight.
