My Husband Is Going Thru Stage 6 Bladder Cancer Reocurrance

My husband is going thru stage 6 bladder cancer reocurrance and his feet are ice cold but warm to the touch. Do you know what is causing this. He has not had treatment for 7 weeks due to complications with the chemo not shrinking his tumor, he gets tumor fever and sweats alot and is awaiting immumotherapy in a clinical trial.
