My Husband Is Having Severe Cramps In His Left Arm

My husband is having severe cramps in his left arm and left leg. He is currently on a break from chemo which is treating his merkel cell carcinoma stage 4. He is also stage 3 with kidney disease(due to chemo). Just had labs last week and electrolytes and the rest were ok. Any suggestions?
