My husband just had his gallbladder removed as it had stones and sludge in it. At the ER he presented pain just under his sternum. They decided to the emergency surgery knowing that it could be ulcers as well. He just had a huge flare up after eating some chicken and rice with a little gravy. He felt his abdomen could blow up. He vomited three times after I gave him hot water to sip. He vomited more than he drank. He is sleeping now. I feel this is pancreatitis or ulcers. What should I do?
